Contouring & Structure Consultation- A cosmetic aesthetic consultation that discusses treatment options designed to lift the fat pads of the skin by adding volume to create contour and structure to the face.
Collagen Stimulator Consultaion - A cosmetic aesthetic consultation that discusses treatment options that help stimulate your own natural collagen production to gradually improve facial wrinkles , volume loss and skin firmness. It is recommended to have 2-3 treatments 8-12 weeks apart, with maintenance treatments every 12 to 24 months.
PDO Threads - Cosmetic Aesthetic treatments that can lift or tighten skin by helping to stimulate collagen production and improve skin elasticity.
Skin Hydration Consultation - A cosmetic aesthetic consultation that discusses treatments that provide intense hydration to help improve skin texture, tone and dehydrated skin. It is recommended to have 2-3 treatments 4 weeks apart, with maintenance treatments every 6 to 12 months.

- If you’re taking any blood thinning medication or vitamin/herbal supplements(e.g. fish/krill oil, ginseng, green tea, ibuprofen, anti-inflammatories) that isn’t under the direction of your GP, it is advised to avoid them for 2 weeks prior to your consultation to prevent the increased risk of bleeding and bruising.
- Avoid exercise on the day.
- Do not have any invasive facial treatments prior to your consultation. We cannot treat broken skin, or skin where the barrier is impaired.

• Try to move the muscles in the treated area within the first few hours after treatment
• Try to sleep with your head elevated to reduce swelling
• Avoid applying pressure / rubbing the treatment area for eight hours
• Avoid strenuous exercise for one day
• Avoid excessive exposure to heat and sunlight for about 2 days
• Avoid taking any types of blood thinning medication that will be identified during your consultation
• Avoid alcohol for the day of treatment
• Avoid facial treatments for 2 weeks
• No make-up on the area
CONTOURING & STRUCTURE, LIP SHAPING & DEFINING & SKIN HYDRATION
• Keep the treatment area clean
• Do not apply pressure to the treated area
• Lightly apply cold compress to reduce swelling
• Stay hydrated and follow a healthy diet
• Avoid excessive heat exposure including hot yoga, saunas, or steam rooms
• Avoid alcohol for the day of and after
• Avoid rubbing or touching the treatment area
• Avoid strenuous exercise, alcohol, Retinol or Vitamin C products, and oil-based makeup products until the next day
• Avoid facial treatments for two weeks
COLLAGEN STIMULATORS
• Keep the treatment area clean
• Massage the area every day for five days to help the product distribute evenly Lightly apply cold compress or ice pack to reduce swelling
• Try to sleep with your head elevated on an extra pillow
• Stay hydrated and follow a healthy diet
• Avoid excessive heat exposure including hot yoga, saunas, or steam rooms
• Avoid alcohol for the day of and after

PDO THREADS
LED Light treatment can be applied immediately after to reduce bruising. Discuss with your cosmetic practitioner.
Ice can be applied for a few hours post treatment to help reduce swelling and inflammation.
Paracetamol can be taken if required.
Avoid sudden movements, opening the mouth too widely, laughing vigorously or any other stimulation of the facial muscles should be avoided over the next few days.
Sleep face up. Avoid sleeping on your side or face down for 2 – 3 days post procedure.
The area should not be massaged for the first month.
The treated area can be washed gently after 4 to 5 hours.
Avoid Saunas and sources of heat.
Oxygenetix Oxygenating Foundation is formulated for use post procedure. Oxygenetix can be used immediately post procedure to conceal any redness or bruising and to aid healing.
Avoid using excessive make up for 3 days post procedure.
The use of any make-up on the treated area should be avoided for the first 3 days.
